Siskinds LLP is class counsel in a class action alleging a conspiracy to fix prices for air cargo shipping services. Settlements have been reached with the Defendants British Airways PLC and Air Canada. The settlements have been approved by the courts in Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec. In order to receive settlement benefits, a completed claim form must be submitted by July 4, 2022. Claims must be filed using the online claims process at www.aircargosettlement2.com.
