On February 10, the Prime Minister announced a number of changes to the senior civil service including the appointment of Mr. Arun Thangaraj as Deputy Minister of Transport, effective February 20, 2023.
Mr. Thangaraj was Associate Deputy Minister of Transport from 2015 to 2020 and was previously Chief of Staff at the Canadian Transportation Agency, the federal transportation regulatory authority. More details on Mr. Thangaraj’s education and experience can be found at the red bar below.
