The U.S. Senate has passed their version of Ocean Shipping Reform Act (OSRA22) on March 31. Both houses of the U.S. Congress have now passed their respective versions of OSRA. The next step is negotiation between the appropriate committees of the Senate and the House of Representatives to work out the differences in the respective bills and reach final wording acceptable to both houses, before final passage.
