Air Canada and ALPA announce a tentative four-year agreement.

The airline reached a tentative agreement with its 5200 pilots late last evening, (September 14) averting a work stoppage.

The ALPA reports as follows in their announcement.

4-year deal provides pay raises, improves work rules, and retirement benefits

The tentative agreement is subject to ratification by the Air Canada pilots and the results of the vote are expected within a month.

While the Air Canada and ALPA announcements did not comment on air cargo, presumably any embargos on cargo will be immediately lifted.
