FMA has obtained the current status of the labour negotiations between the Maritime Emplyers Association (MEA) and CUPE Local 375, representing the longshore workers at the Port of Montreal.
MEA Reports:
We had 8 days of intensive negotiations since July 3rd. Bargaining has re-started today (July 22) for the next 3 days.
FMA will continue to maintain contact with the appropriate organizations and report as new information becomes available.
